- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into pieces
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, vegetables, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Toss until everything is well coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a sheet pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot.
