- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup tzatziki sauce
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, tzatziki sauce, cooked rice, spinach, garlic powder, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Top with crumbled feta cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and the cheese is slightly golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Substitute Greek yogurt for tzatziki for a lighter option.
- Can be made ahead and refrigerated.
- Use leftover chicken for quicker preparation.
