Delicious Chicken Tinga Nacho Bites for a perfect snack or appetizer.
Ingredients

- 2 cups shredded chicken
- 1 cup tinga sauce
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with tinga sauce.
- Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet.
- Top chips with the chicken mixture and shredded cheese.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven and add diced tomatoes and cilantro.
- Serve with sour cream on the side.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less tinga sauce.
- Use any type of cheese you prefer.
- Garnish with jalapeños for extra heat.
