Description

Delicious Chicken Tinga Nacho Bites for a perfect snack or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 1 cup tinga sauce
  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with tinga sauce.
  3. Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet.
  4. Top chips with the chicken mixture and shredded cheese.
  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from oven and add diced tomatoes and cilantro.
  7. Serve with sour cream on the side.
