A hearty chicken taco casserole packed with flavor.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 cup corn
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup salsa
- 2 cups tortilla chips, crushed
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix chicken, black beans, corn, taco seasoning, and salsa.
- In a baking dish, layer half of the crushed tortilla chips.
- Add half of the chicken mixture on top of the chips.
- Sprinkle with half of the cheese.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- Top with sour cream.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
Notes
- Serve with avocado or guacamole.
- Can substitute ground beef for chicken.
- Adjust spice level with more or less taco seasoning.
