A comforting and hearty chicken soup with star-shaped pasta.
Ingredients

- 1 pound chicken fillet, diced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 celery stalks, sliced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup star-shaped pasta
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat a bit of oil over medium heat.
- Add the onion, carrots, and celery. Cook until softened.
- Add the garlic and cook for another minute.
- Add the diced chicken and cook until browned.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add the star-shaped pasta and thyme. Simmer until pasta is cooked.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables.
- Can substitute chicken with rotisserie chicken for quicker preparation.
