Description

A delicious fusion of chicken and spaghetti in a lo mein style.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add chicken slices and cook until browned.
  5. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  6. Combine cooked spaghetti with chicken and vegetables.
  7. Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  8. Garnish with green onions before serving.
