A delicious fusion of chicken and spaghetti in a lo mein style.
Ingredients

- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add chicken slices and cook until browned.
- Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- Combine cooked spaghetti with chicken and vegetables.
- Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.

- Adjust soy sauce to taste.
- Use any mixed vegetables you prefer.
