Chicken ricotta meatballs served with spinach alfredo sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground chicken, ricotta, parmesan, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- In a pan, heat heavy cream over medium heat.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Stir in mozzarella until melted.
- Serve the meatballs with the spinach alfredo sauce.
Notes
- Use fresh spinach for better flavor.
- Adjust seasoning as per your taste.
