A quick and easy chicken ramen stir fry packed with flavor.
Ingredients

- 2 packs of ramen noodles
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 green onion, sliced
Instructions
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, stir for 1 minute.
- Add mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
- Stir in shredded chicken and cook until heated through.
- Add cooked ramen noodles and soy sauce, toss everything together.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to use any vegetables you have on hand.
- Adjust soy sauce to taste.
- You can add a beaten egg for extra protein.
