A delicious and comforting chicken ramen dish.
Ingredients

- 2 chicken fillet, cooked and shredded
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 packs of ramen noodles
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 cup spinach
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Boil the chicken broth in a pot.
- Add the shredded chicken and soy sauce to the broth.
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions.
- In a separate pot, boil water and cook the eggs for 6-7 minutes.
- Remove the eggs, cool them in cold water, and peel.
- Add the cooked ramen noodles to the chicken broth.
- Mix in spinach and let it wilt.
- Serve the ramen in bowls, topping with sliced green onions and halved eggs.
Notes
- Adjust the salt according to taste.
- Use leftover chicken for quick preparation.
- Add chili flakes for spice if desired.
