Description

A delicious and comforting chicken ramen dish.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken fillet, cooked and shredded
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 packs of ramen noodles
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 cup spinach
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the chicken broth in a pot.
  2. Add the shredded chicken and soy sauce to the broth.
  3. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions.
  4. In a separate pot, boil water and cook the eggs for 6-7 minutes.
  5. Remove the eggs, cool them in cold water, and peel.
  6. Add the cooked ramen noodles to the chicken broth.
  7. Mix in spinach and let it wilt.
  8. Serve the ramen in bowls, topping with sliced green onions and halved eggs.

Notes

  • Adjust the salt according to taste.
  • Use leftover chicken for quick preparation.
  • Add chili flakes for spice if desired.
