- 2 cups cooked noodles
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cooked noodles, shredded chicken, and mixed vegetables.
- In another bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the soup mixture over the noodle mixture and stir well.
- Transfer to a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until heated through.
Notes
- You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Feel free to add your favorite herbs for extra flavor.
- This dish can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
