Delicious tacos filled with chicken and pineapple for a tropical twist.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken fillet, diced
- 1 cup pineapple, diced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small tortillas
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken and season with garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Cook until chicken is fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes.
- Add diced pineapple to the pan and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Warm tortillas in another pan or microwave.
- Assemble tacos by placing chicken and pineapple mixture on tortillas.
- Top with chopped cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
