Description

Delicious chicken parmesan sliders perfect for a quick meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with marinara sauce and Italian seasoning.
  3. Cut slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  4. Spoon the chicken mixture over the buns.
  5. Top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
  6. Place the top halves of the buns on the sliders.
  7. Brush the tops with olive oil.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and buns are golden.
