Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
- 1 ripe avocado, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions
- Cook orzo according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked orzo, chicken, avocado, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
