Ingredients

- 1/4 cup soy sauce

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, garlic, black pepper, and oregano.
- Mix well until all ingredients are blended.
- Place chicken in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish.
- Pour marinade over the chicken, ensuring it is well coated.
- Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 8 hours for more flavor.
- Remove chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Cook chicken as desired.
Notes
- For best results, marinate overnight.
