Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken fillet, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 can black beans, drained
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
