- 150g chicken breast, diced
- 100g corn, canned or frozen
- 100g bacon, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add bacon and cook until crispy.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Add corn, salt, and pepper; mix well.
- Combine pasta with the chicken mixture.
- Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
