Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken fillet, diced
  • 4 cups cauliflower rice
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the diced chicken until browned.
  3. Add cauliflower rice and broccoli to the skillet.
  4. Stir in chicken broth and cream cheese until well mixed.
  5. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
