Ingredients

- 2 whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup croutons
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the chicken, lettuce, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese.
- Place the mixture onto the center of each tortilla.
- Add croutons on top of the mixture.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it tightly.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use grilled chicken for a smoky flavor.
- Substitute with tofu for a vegetarian option.
- Wrap can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.
