- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the orzo pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat.
- Add broccoli and sauté for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Stir in shredded chicken, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in orzo and milk, mixing well.
- Remove from heat and add cheddar cheese, stirring until melted.
- Serve hot.
