- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, cook the diced chicken until fully cooked.
- Add the crumbled bacon and ranch dressing to the chicken.
- Mix the cooked pasta into the skillet.
- Stir in the shredded cheese and green onions.
- Season with salt and pepper.
