- 4 chicken breasts
- 4 medium potatoes, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large baking dish, layer the sliced potatoes.
- Place the chicken breasts on top of the potatoes.
- In a bowl, mix the onion, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and rosemary.
- Spread the mixture over the chicken.
- Pour the chicken broth into the dish.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil, sprinkle cheese on top, and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

- Feel free to add vegetables like carrots or bell peppers.
