Description

Creamy Chicken Alfredo Dip served with crispy garlic bread chips.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 loaf French bread
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix chicken, cream cheese, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and black pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture in a baking dish.
  4. Slice the French bread into chips and place on a baking sheet.
  5. In a bowl, mix olive oil and minced garlic, then brush onto bread slices.
  6. Bake bread chips for 10-12 minutes until golden.
  7. Bake the dip for 20-25 minutes until bubbly.
  8. Serve hot with garlic bread chips.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken for ease.
  • Adjust seasoning to taste.
  • Can be made ahead and reheated.
