Creamy Chicken Alfredo Dip served with crispy garlic bread chips.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 loaf French bread
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix chicken, cream cheese, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and black pepper.
- Spread the mixture in a baking dish.
- Slice the French bread into chips and place on a baking sheet.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil and minced garlic, then brush onto bread slices.
- Bake bread chips for 10-12 minutes until golden.
- Bake the dip for 20-25 minutes until bubbly.
- Serve hot with garlic bread chips.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for ease.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Can be made ahead and reheated.
