Description

A delicious cherry dessert with creamy layers.


Ingredients

  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a baking dish.
  4. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese and mix well.
  6. Fold in the whipped topping.
  7. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust.
  8. Pour cherry pie filling over the cream cheese layer.
  9. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
