Description

A delicious cherry cheesecake cake roll filled with creamy cheesecake and topped with cherry pie filling.


Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a jelly roll pan and line with parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  4. In another bowl, beat eggs and vanilla until fluffy.
  5. Combine the wet and dry ingredients.
  6. Spread the batter evenly in the pan.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
  8. Let it cool on a wire rack.
  9. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  10. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled cake.
  11. Roll the cake tightly from one end.
  12. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
