A delicious breakfast casserole loaded with cheesy tater tots.
Ingredients

- 1 bag tater tots (approximately 32 ounces)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the tater tots evenly in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Pour the egg mixture over the tater tots.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Customize with your favorite breakfast meats or vegetables.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- This can be made ahead and baked in the morning.
