Description

A delicious breakfast casserole loaded with cheesy tater tots.


Ingredients

  • 1 bag tater tots (approximately 32 ounces)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the tater tots evenly in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the tater tots.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon on top.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
