- 1 package of flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked ground beef
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, salsa, and taco seasoning.
- Place a tortilla on a flat surface and add a portion of the beef mixture and cheese.
- Roll the tortilla tightly and place it seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
- Spray the tops with cooking spray.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Let cool slightly before slicing.
