- Corn: 1 cup (frozen or canned, drained)

- Green onions: 1/4 cup, chopped
- Fresh cilantro: 1/4 cup, chopped
- Olive oil: 1 tablespoon (for cooking)
- Salt and pepper: to taste
- Water or broth: 2 cups (for cooking rice)
Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients to make the cooking process smoother.
- In a medium saucepan, combine 1 cup of long-grain rice with 2 cups of water or broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
