Ingredients

  • 12 large mushrooms
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture.
  5. Place stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
  7. Serve warm.
