- 4 large green bell peppers
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the tops off the green peppers and remove the seeds.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned.
- Add diced tomatoes, cooked rice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet.
- Mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
- Stuff the mixture into the green peppers.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Place the peppers in a baking dish and cover with foil.
- Bake for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
