Ingredients

  • 4 large green bell peppers
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the green peppers and remove the seeds.
  3. In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned.
  4. Add diced tomatoes, cooked rice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet.
