A creamy and cheesy dip made with Rotel tomatoes and cheese.
Ingredients

- 1 can Rotel tomatoes (10 oz)
- 1 lb Velveeta cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Cube the Velveeta cheese.
- In a saucepan, combine the cheese, Rotel tomatoes, and milk.
- Heat over medium-low, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Add chili powder and garlic powder, and mix well.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by using mild or spicy Rotel.
- Can add cooked ground beef or sausage for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
