Description

A creamy and cheesy dip made with Rotel tomatoes and cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes (10 oz)
  • 1 lb Velveeta cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Cube the Velveeta cheese.
  2. In a saucepan, combine the cheese, Rotel tomatoes, and milk.
  3. Heat over medium-low, stirring until melted and smooth.
  4. Add chili powder and garlic powder, and mix well.
  5. Serve warm with tortilla chips.

Notes

  • Adjust spice level by using mild or spicy Rotel.
