Ingredients

- 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil the potatoes in a large pot until tender.
- Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
- Add milk, butter, and ranch seasoning to the potatoes.
- Mash the potatoes until smooth.
- Stir in the cheddar cheese until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add chopped green onions.
