Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add flour, salt, melted butter, and egg to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 5 minutes on a floured surface.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Roll out the dough and cut it into triangles.
- Layer cheese between the triangles to form a tree shape.
- Place the tree on a baking sheet and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy.

- Use any cheese of your choice.
- Can be made ahead and frozen before baking.
- Brush with garlic butter for added flavor.
