Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onion over medium heat.
- Drain excess fat and mix in garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef, rice, soup, beef broth, tomatoes, and half of the cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly.

- For extra flavor, add your favorite spices.
- Substitute ground turkey for a leaner option.
- Top with green onions before serving.
