Ingredients

  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onion over medium heat.
  3. Drain excess fat and mix in garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef, rice, soup, beef broth, tomatoes, and half of the cheese.
