Ingredients

- 4 cups water
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach

Instructions
- Bring water to a boil in a pot.
- Add grits and stir.

- Stir in cheese until melted.
- In a separate pan, sauté spinach until wilted.
- Fry eggs in the same pan as spinach.
