Description

Cheesy garlic scalloped potatoes are a creamy and flavorful side dish.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with butter.
  3. Layer half of the sliced potatoes in the dish.
  4. Sprinkle with half of the cheddar cheese and half of the garlic.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining potatoes, cheese, and garlic.
  6. In a bowl, mix heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
  7. Pour the cream mixture over the layered potatoes.
  8. Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake for 45-60 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  10. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
