A creamy and flavorful pasta dish with garlic, chicken, and broccoli.
Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add broccoli and cook until tender.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Stir until melted.
- Add cooked pasta and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- You can substitute chicken with shrimp or tofu for variation.
- For a lighter option, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
