Description
A comforting cheesy chicken broccoli and rice casserole that combines tender chicken, fresh broccoli, and creamy cheese over rice.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, chicken, broccoli, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in half of the cheddar cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and cheese is melted.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Add more vegetables if desired.
- Can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator.
