Description

A creamy and cheesy dish made with cauliflower.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Boil the cauliflower florets in salted water for 5 minutes.
  3. Drain the cauliflower and set aside.
  4. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  5. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  6. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  7. Add shredded cheese and stir until melted.
  8. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Combine the cauliflower with the cheese sauce.
  10. Transfer to a baking dish and sprinkle with Parmesan.
  11. Bake for 25 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Notes

  • Use any cheese you prefer.
  • Can add breadcrumbs on top for extra crunch.
  • Best served hot.
