Description
A creamy and cheesy dish made with cauliflower.
Ingredients

- 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Boil the cauliflower florets in salted water for 5 minutes.
- Drain the cauliflower and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add shredded cheese and stir until melted.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Combine the cauliflower with the cheese sauce.
- Transfer to a baking dish and sprinkle with Parmesan.
- Bake for 25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
- Use any cheese you prefer.
- Can add breadcrumbs on top for extra crunch.
- Best served hot.
