Description

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add salt and olive oil to the yeast mixture.
  3. Add flour gradually and knead until smooth.
  4. Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour.
  5. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  6. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and transfer to a baking sheet.
  7. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  8. Dust with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Slice and serve warm.
