- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup salsa
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 can black beans
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in taco seasoning, salsa, rice, and black beans.
- Warm tortillas in the microwave for 30 seconds.
- Place beef mixture in the center of each tortilla.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Fold the sides and roll the burrito tightly.
- Serve with extra salsa on the side.
