A delicious twist on classic cheesesteak, featuring tortellini.
Ingredients

- 12 oz cheese tortellini
- 1 lb thinly sliced beef
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cups provolone cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add onion and bell pepper, sauté until soft.
- Add sliced beef, cook until browned.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Drain tortellini and add to the skillet.
- Mix well and sprinkle with provolone cheese.
- Cover until cheese melts.
- Serve hot.

- Use any bell pepper color.
