Ingredients

- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic; sauté until soft.
- Stir in beef broth, diced tomatoes, ketchup, and mustard.
- Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add cooked macaroni and mix well.
- Stir in shredded cheese until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms.
- Use a different cheese for varied flavor.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
