Ingredients
Scale
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut cauliflower into florets.
- Boil cauliflower in salted water until tender.
- Drain and return cauliflower to pot.
- Add garlic, milk, butter, salt, and pepper.
- Mash until smooth.
- Stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Adjust garlic to taste.
- For a creamier texture, add more milk.
- Can substitute cheddar with other cheese.
