Description

Creamy mashed cauliflower with cheddar and garlic.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut cauliflower into florets.
  2. Boil cauliflower in salted water until tender.
  3. Drain and return cauliflower to pot.
  4. Add garlic, milk, butter, salt, and pepper.
  5. Mash until smooth.
  6. Stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
  7. Serve warm.
