- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 avocado, sliced

- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spread cauliflower on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until golden.
- In a bowl, mix cilantro, lime juice, and sour cream for the crema.
- Warm the corn tortillas in a skillet over medium heat.
- Assemble tacos by placing cauliflower, avocado, and cabbage on tortillas.
- Drizzle with cilantro lime crema.
- Serve immediately.
