Description
A delicious vegan burger made from cauliflower patties.
Ingredients

- 1 medium cauliflower head, chopped
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated vegan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Steam the cauliflower until tender.
- In a bowl, mash the cauliflower.
- Add breadcrumbs, vegan cheese, green onions, garlic, salt, pepper, olive oil, and nutritional yeast.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Place the patties on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve on a bun with your favorite toppings.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Freezing is an option for longer storage.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
