Description

A delicious vegan burger made from cauliflower patties.


Ingredients

  • 1 medium cauliflower head, chopped
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated vegan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Steam the cauliflower until tender.
  3. In a bowl, mash the cauliflower.
  4. Add breadcrumbs, vegan cheese, green onions, garlic, salt, pepper, olive oil, and nutritional yeast.
  5. Mix until well combined.
  6. Form the mixture into patties.
  7. Place the patties on a baking sheet.
