Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken and stir-fry until cooked through.
  3. Add ginger and garlic, stir for 1 minute.
  4. Add mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
  5. Mix soy sauce, cornstarch, and water in a bowl.
  6. Pour the sauce over the stir-fry and cook until thickened.
  7. Add cashews and stir to combine.
