Ingredients

- 4 large carrots, shredded
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Shred the carrots and place them in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey.
- Pour the dressing over the carrots.
- Add sesame seeds and green onions to the bowl.
- Toss everything together until well combined.
- Refrigerate for 15 minutes before serving.

- Add more sesame seeds for extra crunch.
