- 1 cup grated zucchini
- 1 cup grated apple
- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened

- 2 cups powdered sugar

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix grated carrots, zucchini, and apple.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Combine dry ingredients with the wet ingredients: oil and eggs.
- Add grated fruits and mix until just combined.
- Fill muffin tins with batter and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Let muffins cool completely.
- For frosting, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mix until creamy.
- Frost cooled muffins and serve.
