This is a simple recipe for Carrabba’s style bread dipping oil.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
- Add oregano, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
- Whisk until well combined.
- Let the mixture sit for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve with warm bread for dipping.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Best when made a few hours in advance.
- Adjust spice levels to your preference.
