Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced onions and cook until caramelized, about 20 minutes.
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into small circles.
- Place pastry circles on a baking sheet.
- Spoon caramelized onions onto each pastry circle.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh thyme before serving.
